Clear Code Architecture
A space for all
There are more than 7.2 billion people in the world.
More than 15% of people have some form of functional diversity.
40% of the world's population suffers from some limitation in using the built environment.
At some point in our lives, we will all experience or generate some limitation in the use of the built environment.
Clear Code Architecture® is the result of research during which we studied the needs of any limitation in the use of built spaces. We defined 13 groups that capture all the needs that anyone can experience in any space. We thus created a parametric method that allows us to objectively evaluate the level of universal accessibility of an environment and help to improve it.
- To offer all users, whatever their circumstances, equal treatment.
- From their arrival at the centre, during their stay and on their departure.
- To build loyalty among the centre's users and attract new ones, thanks to improvements in the building’s level of accessibility.
- To increase staff loyalty, who enjoy the same accessibility conditions as the rest of the users.
- To give the centre a competitive edge over its competitors, innovating in the implementation of universal accessibility.
- To promote innovation in the centre, making it an international benchmark.
- To strengthen the values of the centre through universal accessibility and commitment to corporate social responsibility.
- Set yourself apart from the rest of your competitors by committing to universal design, promoting the inclusion of all people in our society.
- Reinforce your commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility through Clear Code Architecture® recognition, which accredits your commitment to inclusion.
- Minimum investment to obtain an above-average result.
The spaces analysed through the Clear Code® method show their level of universal accessibility thanks to the recognition issued by PMMT Forward Thinking Healthcare Architecture.
