We are committed to a bottom-up structure in which knowledge emerges from the participation of everyone who makes up PMMT. In addition to continuous training, every member of the team dedicates part of their working hours to researching their own projects, giving their opinion on projects in development by the studio and participating in collective brainstorming sessions with their ideas and solutions.
Without hierarchies, processes become more efficient, everyone's involvement increases and the result is a network of ideas with unique added value. The success of each project is a direct consequence of this shared work model and doesn’t depend on the particular decision of one or several team members.
