In order to improve its competitiveness, protect the environment and improve its economic results, it has defined this Integrated Quality and Environmental Policy and has implemented an Integrated Management System in accordance with the Quality Standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and the Environmental Standard UNE EN ISO 14001:2015. As a deployment of this policy, it has an Integrated Management Manual, Procedures and other required documentation and plans, which are living documents that encourage the continuous improvement of the company at all levels. This policy should serve as a framework for defining the company's annual objectives.
The Management identifies the different stakeholders of the business, defines their expectations and strives to meet them. It is committed to complying with legal and regulatory requirements of an environmental and business nature, as well as the confidentiality agreements it has with customers; promoting the Integrated Management System which must have the enthusiasm and understanding of the entire workforce; reporting on the importance of customer focus and environmental awareness, all elements which must be present in all the company's activities. PMMT is committed to maintaining an open dialogue with the different stakeholders in order to ensure compliance with the requirements and to satisfy the interests related to environmental and quality aspects of products and services, specifically integrating suppliers in the commitment to quality and respect for the environment. Technological options, financial, operational and business requirements, as well as the opinion expressed by the different stakeholders will be taken into account.
PMMT identifies the environmental aspects and seeks to reduce the environmental impacts associated with the processes carried out in the company's two operational facilities. It works on the prevention, reduction and elimination of any type of pollution, as well as on the reuse of available resources.
PMMT provides technical resources and necessary training so that staff can make the Integrated Management System and the continuous improvement of its efficiency a reality. The activities carried out by the company are summarised in the Process Map and an analysis of risks and opportunities is carried out periodically.
The acceptance of this Policy and the responsibilities by the different levels within the organisation is an essential requirement to achieve the satisfaction of customers and other interested parties. This Policy is also an essential requirement to achieve protection of the Environment and the continuous improvement of both the environmental performance of the different processes and products and services offered to customers.
