It is a new efficient research facility, resulting from the deployment of an optimal, rational, complete and structured system that enhances the institutional and symbolic character of this type of building, which is currently lacking. The building is positioned by using a rectangular volume of three floors (two above ground level), seeking topographic optimisation that emphasises the best visuals and maximises the use of natural light. Inside, it houses the most advanced technologies currently available, including a surgical room with space for 36 operating theatres.
