El Edifici del Coneixement, promoted by Althaia and associated with the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Manresa, will be located in the Balconada neighborhood, which borders the Escodines and Sagrada Familia neighborhoods. The purpose of this project is to bring together medical education, research, and innovation in the health field in a single facility, harmoniously adapting to the pre-existing urban park environment.
 

PMMT has designed the building, which will feature spacious interior and exterior areas for interaction with the city. This will provide a natural environment conducive to knowledge exchange and foster synergies for health innovation.
 

The building's location aims for integration with the surrounding area, making the project an extension of the park and projecting a welcoming and green image from the heart of Manresa.
 

Currently, PMMT has already completed the Executive Project for the Knowledge Building and is awaiting the start of construction.
