Bioclimatic Housing Les Borges Blanques

The project consists of the construction of a building with 4 bioclimatic residences and two commercial premises in Les Borges Blanques, Lleida. The building consists of a ground floor + 2 standard floors + ground floor and a basement. The ground floor and basement are for commercial use (commercial premises) and the first, second and the floor under the roof are for residential use. The project aims to provide the flats with the conditions of habitability and the parameters of comfort and solidity required of a modern building, as well as very high levels of sustainability and energy efficiency. The project uses the area allocated to the staircase, the landings leading to the flats and the courtyard to convert it all into a single, larger outdoor area which will become a social space for the users, as well as guaranteeing more natural light and ventilation for the flats.
