The project consists of the construction of a multi-family building with 8 homes in Hospitalet de Llobregat. The building is designed following the values of sustainability and with a strong commitment to a new generation of industrialised, sustainable and technological construction.

Healthy spaces are created with a high level of habitability and comfort, using certified wood as the main construction material due to its industrialisation and sustainability capabilities.

The construction system used is based on a series of redesigned and parameterisable components that make it possible to standardise the entire construction process. This industrialisation and high technology is possible thanks to integral modelling in BIM, which allows us to connect all the phases of the design and construction process to detect incidents and constantly improve the process, resulting in an intelligent building, equipped with all the necessary technology to make life more comfortable for its inhabitants and owners or operators.
