The project consists of two residential towers of GF+8 and GF+10. The plot is located in front of the Migdia Park in Girona, where the towers have a privileged location, with the south façade facing the park and the north façade facing a green area with views of the city centre. A communal facility will occupy the ground floor and the rest of the floors will house a total of 19 units according to the different users for whom they are intended, and with the possibility of adapting to their requirements over time.

The floors respond to a scheme that is totally flexible to the type of users and the number of flats per floor. The project incorporates the methodologies of healthy spaces Friendly Materials® (FM) and universal accessibility Clear Code Architecture© (CCA).
