UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY CONSULTANCY FOR THE MIRADOR DE GRÀCIA RETIREMENT HOME

With the aim of achieving high levels of universal accessibility in the design of the Mirador de Gràcia retirement home, the Inverfiatc team decided to commission a Clear Code Architecture® consultancy on the project in the executive phase.

For this consultancy, PMMT's team analysed and evaluated the level of Universal Accessibility of every public and private space that make up the retirement home, proposing a series of improvement measures to substantially increase this level. At the same time, it accompanied the Inverfiatc drafting team in the implementation of these measures throughout the development of the project, collaborating in the definition of the strategy drawn up by the team to incorporate the changes in the project.
